Eligibility
Assistant General Manager (Contract Cell)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or Marine Engineering with a minimum 60% marks from a recognized University. Age should not exceed 50 years (born on or after 29 October 1976).
Assistant General Manager (Design)
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Production Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University is required. Age limit is 50 years (born on or after 29 October 1976).
Manager (Hull)
Candidates can qualify with either a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or Production Engineering from a recognized University, or a minimum 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, or Shipbuilding Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. Age should not exceed 40 years (born on or after 29 October 1986).
Deputy Manager (Electrical Design)
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical & Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University is required, or a minimum 3-year Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, or Shipbuilding Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. Age limit is 35 years (born on or after 29 October 1991).
Deputy Manager (Quality Control)
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University, or a minimum 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture, or Shipbuilding Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education. Additionally, NDT Level 2 or ASNT Level 2 certification from a competent agency is mandatory. Age limit is 35 years (born on or after 29 October 1991).
Age Relaxation
SC candidates are eligible for 5 years of age relaxation in posts reserved for them. Ex-servicemen may receive up to 10 years relaxation for Manager and Deputy Manager positions, and 5 years for Assistant General Manager roles, subject to the respective upper age caps of 45, 50, and 55 years.
