Eligibility
Manager (Purchase)
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution. A minimum of 6 years' experience in Government, PSU, or reputed private organizations is required, with at least 5 years specifically in Contract, Purchase, Stores, or Procurement. Practical experience with GeM tendering, vendor management, comparative statements, negotiation, and purchase order management is essential. Maximum age limit is 62 years.
Junior Sous Chef
Applicants can qualify via two routes: (1) Graduate with certification in Food Production and minimum 4 years' experience in hospitality industry, flight kitchen, institutional catering, or cloud kitchen; or (2) 10+2 with culinary certification and minimum 5 years in food production of a major hotel chain or reputed hotel. Knowledge of Continental, Curry, and Tandoor cuisine is mandatory. Maximum age is 50 years.
Commis-I (Indian)
Two qualification routes are available: (1) Diploma or Graduate with certification in Food Production and minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, flight kitchen, institutional catering, or cloud kitchen; or (2) 10+2 with culinary certification and minimum 5 years in food production. Knowledge of Continental and Indian Curry is required. Maximum age limit is 45 years.
Commis-I (Bakery & Confectionery)
Candidates must have either (1) Diploma or Graduate with certification in Bakery & Confectionery and minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, flight kitchen, institutional catering, or cloud kitchen; or (2) 10+2 with culinary certification and minimum 5 years in a Bakery & Confectioner department. Maximum age is 45 years.
Associate-Engineering (AC & Refrigeration/Electrician/Plumber)
A three-year Diploma or ITI qualification in the respective trade (AC & Refrigeration, Electrician, or Plumber) is required. Candidates must possess basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite. Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in a hotel, restaurant, or facility management company of repute is essential. Maximum age limit is 45 years.
