Eligibility
Director: Must be an Officer of Organized Group 'A' Services of the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis, or have 5 years regular service in Pay Level 12. Alternatively, General Manager or Secretary of APEDA with 5 years regular service in the post.
Secretary: Must be an Officer of Organized Group 'A' Services of the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis, or have 5 years regular service in Pay Level 11. Alternatively, Deputy General Manager of APEDA with 5 years regular service in the post.
General Manager & Deputy General Manager: Officers from Central Government, State Government, Union Territory Administration, Public Sector Undertakings, Universities, Recognised Research Institutions, Semi-Government bodies or Statutory Organisations with required qualifications and experience.
Educational Qualification (All Posts): Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plantation, Agriculture Engineering, Agriculture and Cooperation, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, Food Processing, Food Technology, Food Science, Foreign Trade, International Business, International Trade, Agriculture Business Management, Agriculture Marketing, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Finance, Financial Management or MBA (Finance) from a recognised University or Institution. Alternatively, Chartered Accountancy qualification from ICAI.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience after acquiring the required educational qualification in the above fields. Desirable qualification includes publication of papers in international journals.
