Educational Qualification:
- Executive Engineer (Construction) and Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil), Assistant Engineer (Civil): BE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Executive Engineer (Mechanical): BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering
