Educational Qualification
- Production (CPCL01): 3-year Diploma in Chemical, Petroleum, or Petrochemical Engineering, or B.Sc. with Chemistry as major subject. Minimum 60% aggregate for General, OBC, and EWS candidates; 55% for SC candidates.
- Mechanical (CPCL02): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 60% aggregate for General, OBC, and EWS candidates; 55% for SC and PwBD candidates.

Experience Requirement
- Production: Minimum 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in Continuous Process Units of Refining, Chemical, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, or Gas Processing industry, including operation of Fired Heaters, Exchangers, Pumps, Compressors, Distillation Columns, and Reactors.
- Mechanical: Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance of rotary equipment (Pumps, Compressors, Turbines) and stationary equipment (Boilers, Exchangers, Columns, Piping, Valves, Tanks) in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Power Plant, or large industrial establishments.
- Electrical: Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining Motors, Transformers, Generators, HT/LT Switchgear, UPS, Battery banks, and VFDs, with ability to troubleshoot control circuits in a continuous process industry.
- Instrumentation: Minimum 3 years' experience in process control instrumentation maintenance, field instruments, control valves, with familiarity of DCS/PLC systems, ability to read P&ID drawings, and generate calibration reports.

In addition to basic pay, candidates receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) or Self-Lease benefit, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Leave Travel Concession (LTC) or Leave Fare Assistance (LFA), Medical reimbursement, and Superannuation benefits as per CPCL rules.
