Local Bank Officer (LBO) 2500 - Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university - Minimum 1 year experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank - Age: 21–30 years as of 1 July 2025 - CIBIL Score: 680 or above

CIBIL Score Requirement

Candidates must have a CIBIL score of 680 or above to qualify for the application process.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of an online test, language proficiency test, psychometric test, group discussion, and interview.

Pay Scale

The pay scale for Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I) is Rs 48,480 to Rs 85,920 per month.

Probation Period

The probation period for selected candidates is 12 months.

Job Location

Postings will be in the state applied for, requiring proficiency in the local language.
