Bank of Baroda is recruiting for 2500 Local Bank Officers in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Eligible graduates with experience as officers in scheduled commercial or regional rural banks can apply. Online applications are open from 4th July to 3rd August 2025.

CIBIL Score Requirement
Candidates must have a CIBIL score of 680 or above to qualify for the application process.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of an online test, language proficiency test, psychometric test, group discussion, and interview.
Pay Scale
The pay scale for Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMG/S-I) is Rs 48,480 to Rs 85,920 per month.
Probation Period
The probation period for selected candidates is 12 months.
Job Location
Postings will be in the state applied for, requiring proficiency in the local language.
